About

Hannah Pavlovich is a Licensed Architect in New York State and an experienced Project Manager with a passion for improving the real estate industry through data science.

After six years as a licensed architect and twelve years working in the architecture and construction industry, mainly in New York City, I am venturing on a new but aligned career path. Working with internal real estate teams and external developers created an interest in the financial and investment side of the real estate industry. Data is the driving force behind these interests, as data analysis and forecasting support the non-design challenges of real estate professionals. She is pursuing a Masters of Science in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and in her courses, she finds interest in Financial Modeling to forecast future cash flows and performing Exploratory Data Analysis to put patterns to otherwise seas of data. Her passion for buildings and the real estate industry stays strong, and she is supplementing this by providing a quantitative foundation for model development via comprehensive data analysis.

Hannah is currently enrolled in the Masters of Science in Analytics program at Georgia Tech. She received her Master of Architecture with Distinction from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and a Bachelor's of Science and Engineering from Princeton University in 2014 and 2009, respectively.

Hannah's academic and design work has been recognized through awards that include the Gehry Prize for Outstanding Thesis, tthe Society For Environmental Graphic Design Merit Award, and an AIA Design Award.
